Race Packet Pick up is at the Running Zone Monday through Thursday this week.

Tuesday on your own-

Beginner: 2 mile easy run

Intermediate: 3 mile easy run

Advanced: 3 mile easy run

Beginner: 2 mile easy run

Intermediate: 6 x 200

Advanced: 8 x 200

4-23-11 RACE DAY START TIME 7:30am

Lay out what you are going to race in the night before (socks, shoes, shorts, shirt, pin your race number on)

Show up to the start 45 to 60 minutes early. Relax, get a good warm up and enjoy the atmosphere.
