Family: Married to Glen, mom to Matthew, David, Nathan, and
Daniel
What do you love most about being a TF trainer? Watching
people make new PR’s and seeing them do things they didn’t
think they could ever do. Myself included!
Favorite Bible verse: Micah 6:8 “He has showed you O man,
what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act
justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.”
Hobbies: I love to read, cook, and play the piano
College: University of Central Florida ’87 Exceptional Child
Education: Emotionally Handicapped
Athletic background: I ran my first mile, touched my first
barbell, did my first pull up, and broke my first big sweat after I
met The Palmisanos.
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1
Interesting fact: In the 4 gallon club (blood donor), I was born
in the New York City
Favorite lift/exercise: anything other than burpees!
Least favorite lift/exercise: overhead squats are still
tough for me.
Favorite food: dark chocolate brie, and salami. Yes, at the
same time.
